We’re coordinating every transfer to ensure you make the most of your stay in Medellín, from the moment you land until your departure.
Airport - Hotel
Transportation from José María Córdova International Airport to the InterContinental Hotel for those arriving in Medellín on May 5.
The transportation staff will be waiting outside the Baggage Claim area with a VUMI® sign.
In case of a delay, flight change, loss of your flight or difficulty locating the transportation, please contact the events team via WhatsApp.
If you arrive in Medellín on a date other than the one indicated, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation from the airport to the hotel.
Hotel – Airport
Please coordinate with the Events team at least 24 hours before your return flight for the transportation service from the InterContinental Hotel to José María Córdova International Airport (for travelers on May 8).
Additionally, on the day of your departure, please be in the hotel lobby three hours before your flight departure time.
If you are traveling on a different date, you’ll need to arrange your transportation independently. The InterContinental Hotel offers this service with prior reservation. Please contact the Front Desk to make your arrangements, or speak with the Transportation Coordinator located at the Main Entrance (hours: 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.).
